Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a type of therapeutic massage that focuses on restoring the correct position of the deeper muscle tissues. It is useful in cases of chronic muscle tension that can be caused by poor posture, some intense physical activity, old injuries or various musculoskeletal problems. With this massage we press the muscles intensely so that the "knots" are released and the body is relieved of tension. It can become painful especially in those places where the muscles are very tight. After the massage the body is stretched and released from the tension and from the pains that can be difficult even from basic movements.
